Natcha is a lawyer and a single mother. She wants to hire a male "nanny" for her son. Wongrapee is the spoiled son of a rich newspaper/magazine owner. He wants to start a magazine about relationships between fathers and sons. His father is doubtful of his ability so he asks him to prove that he is responsible and is knowledgeable in this endeavor. As fate would have it, Natcha hires Wongrapee to be a male example in her son's life.
