The 81st Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 22, 2007, in New York City and shown to viewers live on NBC that same day from 9 a.m. to noon EST. It was hosted by Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira, and Al Roker. The lineup featured 11 giant helium balloons, 31 novelty/ornament balloons and balloonicles, 24 floats, 11 marching bands, over 1,900 cheerleaders, dancers, singers and performers, 800 clowns, a host of celebrity performers, and the one-and-only Santa Claus.
