1. Pilot
When over-the-top Amy enters Allison’s organized but imperfect life and claims to be her guardian angel, they form an unlikely friendship and Allison can’t be sure if Amy is actually an angel or just nuts.
2. Face Your Fears
Allison asks Joey McIntyre to help her patch up a relationship with an old friend as part of a lesson Amy's trying to teach her about facing her fears.
3. Go with Your Gut
When Allison decides to open an online dating account, Amy decides to help her now that Allison has decided to re-enter the dating scene. But the person Allison meets online, a handsome attorney, may not be what the love doctor ordered when Amy takes Allison to a club and encounters him there, along with his wife after she shows up and sees him kissing Allison. Meanwhile, Brad tells Allison that he moving out of the apartment, while Marv learns more about Amy, and discovers that she has an unexplained past, a no-jail-time criminal record with holes in it, and lived in a halfway home. Allison decides to let Amy lease out Brad's place.
4. Family Business
Allison, who along with unsolicited and unwanted advice from Amy, finds herself dealing with trying to run the office while Marv volunteers to join Brad on a trip that he booked for him and his ex-wife a year in advance. Unfortunately for Allison (and unpredictable advice from Amy), the situation of being in charge is made worse, as is the trip for Marv and Brad. In the end, Marv decides to make Allison a full-time partner, just in time for Amy to give Allison a long-awaited surprise gift that she ordered long before the fiasco... a mug that reads "Fuller & Fuller Dermatology."
5. Soulmates
Amy's plan to get Allison to stop caring about "looking stupid" backfires when Allison makes a spontaneous decision that leads her to meet her soulmate before she's supposed to.
6. Angel Probation
Amy is required to perform 10 good deeds to earn her angel powers back after losing them by cheating at a game.
7. Angel Appreciation Day
Amy must play guardian angel to both Allison and Brad after Allison accidentally kills Brad's angel, a honey bee.
8. Practice Guy
When Allison is struck with dating jitters, Amy suggests she have a "fling" to work out her nerves.
9. Rain Check
When Allison begins dating a new guy, Amy tries to finagle their first kiss before the "window of opportunity" closes to turn things into a lasting relationship.
10. Funsgiving
When Allison reveals how stressful Thanksgiving was after the loss of her mother, Amy suggests a "Funsgiving" instead, with games and untraditional food.
11. The Flask
When Amy doesn't have enough money to pay her rent, Allison helps her find a job.
12. Believe Me (1)
Allison and Amy try to keep Marv from hearing a conversation about guardian angels that they accidentally recorded on his answering machine.
13. Believe Me (2)
After Amy survives a bus accident, she becomes determined to break up Allison's friend's wedding in order to put Allison's future on track.
