When cartoon star Bonkers T. Bobcat is fired, he helps the police search for missing toons and becomes partners with Officer Lucky Piquel.
2. Gone Bonkers (2)
When former cartoon star, Bonkers, is captured by The Collector, it's up to his reluctant partner, Lucky Piquel, to save him.
3. In The Bag
Bonkers and Lucky try to solve the case of several items missing around town before they have an inspection back at Police Headquarters.
4. Hear No Bonkers, See No Bonkers
When Bonkers uses a shampoo called Bubble Glow and gets Lucky fired in the process, he finds out that it rubs out Toons when he starts disappearing.
5. Out of Sight, Out of Toon
In search of the minuscule Toon Maggie, Lucky catches Toon Flu, and Bonkers and Fall-Apart try to cure him before he completely becomes a Toon.
6. Is Toon Fur Really Warm?
Lucky requests Bonkers to invite Skunky Skunk to Marilyn's birthday, but finds he has disappeared after being accused of manslaughter.
7. Calling All Cars
Toon tow truck Ma Parker gains Lucky's trust in order to steal car parts from the police garage, assisted by Wooly and Bully.
8. Fall Apart Bomb Squad
Fall-Apart Rabbit assists Bonkers and Lucky in capturing a crazy Toon Bomb who wanted to be a stand-up comedian and is now terrorizing the city.
9. In Toons We Trust
Lucky arrests Baby Hubert at a robbery scene, while Bonkers assumes he is innocent, but Diamond Bill makes matters worse for both Bonkers and Hubert.
10. Never Cry Pig
The three pigs come to Bonkers and Lucky for help; the mean ol' wolf has been blowing down houses in Porkwood, their latest subdivision.
11. Hamster Houseguest
Lucky finds himself babysitting a giant toon hamster during his weekend off.

When glue, cotton balls, plastic and toons go missing from around Hollywood, Bonkers and Lucky are assigned to track down the thieves.

Feeling unappreciated, Pops Klok, the keeper of toon time, calls it quits throwing all toons into uncontrollable chaos.

The malevolent singer, Julio Calamari, is on his way to the top and Bonkers is his biggest fan.

Bonkers gets teamed with Miranda Wright.

When Miranda is the sole witness to a felony perpetrated by one of the city's most powerful women, she finds herself on a hit list.

A toon sheep is frustrated at being unable to spin dreams of her own and manages to steal Bonkers' dreams.

Miranda and Bonkers escort Stiff Lips Sullivan on a train to the location of stolen jewels.
29. Quibbling Rivalry
Miranda's competitive sister Shirley, a network news reporter, is coming to do a story on toons.
30. The Toon That Ate Hollywood
A clown named Gloomy, and his frog sidekick, Giggles, steal Dr. Ludwig Von Drake's Humoriser that drains toons' sense of humor.
31. Springtime for the Iguana
Bonkers takes Roderick Lizard to star in a part at the studio, but Crunchy frames Roderick for arson in order to get the part for himself.

Catcha gives Bonkers a package that contains the Circle Beenie.

Miranda and Bonkers lose the Z-Bot while trying to deliver it to the Tokyo Police Department.

Bonkers and Miranda investigate disappearing bachelors on the "Love Corral" TV show.
35. When the Spirit Moves You
Bonkers and Miranda get a ghost to leave the building that it is haunting but now it is haunting the police station.

Flaps and three mice steal Dumbo's flag from the toon museum.

After Wildman Wyatt is arrested, Sgt. Grating gets hit on the head and thinks he's Bucky Buzzsaw.

Sleazy Lilith DuPrave kidnaps the storks who bring Toon babies, as part of a plot to smuggle a stolen weapon out of the country.
39. Dog Day AfterToon
After the "Pitts and Smarts" show is cancelled, Pitts threatens a bank with a bomb for a demand to get back into showbiz.

Bonkers tells Miranda's nephew, Timmy, a bedtime story that becomes a tale of the wild west.

Al Vermin wants to know the location of Barbarian Barlowe's secret vault; Bonkers writes a book of poetry about his friends.

Toon prankster Bucky Buzzsaw locks Grating in the zany alternate reality of the Wacky Toons Studio; Wildman Wyatt breaks out of prison, vowing to get his revenge against Grating.

After being demoted, Kanifky becomes Bonkers' and Lucky's partner.

A human in disguise wants to take the place of the most famous toon in the world.
