There is some concern that Jonathan's vision for what the hair should be does not match the vision of B Michael, and things get stressful as showtime approaches. Meanwhile, the two women in charge of Jonathan Product decide to move into the salon office to facilitate communication with Jonathan, setting up a big confrontation with Rosie, the office manager.
