Glow Up returns to see 10 new aspiring make-up artists face an advertising campaign for sports fashion retailer JD and produce jaw-dropping make-up transformations at Glow Up HQ.
2. Fashion Week
The MUAs take on London Fashion Week, joining the make-up team for successful brand. In Glow Up HQ they must impress by creating looks based on their icons.
3. Theater Makeup: The Lion King
It’s show time as the MUAs take on the world of theatrical make-up at London’s West End smash hit The Lion King. In Glow Up HQ they create a look that reveals more than it hides.
4. Fashion Editorial
The MUAs face their boldest assignment yet as they are booked for a high fashion editorial with Attitude Magazine and Guest Judge Michelle Visage cranks up the pressure.
5. Special Effects
The MUAs head to Elstree Studio’s Holby City and enter the world of special effects before taking on a Creative Brief embodying their worst nightmare, fear or phobia.
6. Strictly Come Dancing
It’s glitter and gloss this week as Stacey Dooley returns to her favourite dance floor and the MUAs battle it out at Strictly Come Dancing executing make-up designs for movie week.
7. Beauty Editorial
The semi-final. MUAs must impress world renowned photographer Rankin as they are booked on a beauty editorial that will be shot in a tank of water.
8. The Finale: A Master Class at Harrods
It’s the Glow Up Final and the MUAs must deliver a master class in one of the world’s most famous department stores– Harrods in order to be crowned Britain’s Next Make-Up Star.
