Ricardo is discharged from the military reserve; Ricardo fakes his own death during the explosion caused by Escolar and Agredo prevents Lena from being hurt.

Ricardo tells Ramss Manuel suspects he is passing on information to the DEA; Fernando proposes to Lena; the General orders the Colonel to move to Urab.

Ricardo shows up at the notary because he will be Fernando's best man; Ricardo admits having invested in Fernando's company with the only aim of laundering money; the police show up at Edilberto's house and arrest him.

Wilson makes an appointment with Ricardo with the aim of killing him and asks Lunarejo to take care of the him; Michael asks Ricardo not to attend the meeting, but the decision has been taken.

Ricardo and Lena confront Wilson's gunmen; Wilson's men follow Toa to the hotel where Lena is staying.

By tapping the cartel's phone calls, Ricardo is able to confirm that same night the criminals are going after him and Palomino; their only shield is the DEA's protection.

Ricardo gets desperate when he realizes Fine is late for their appointment, unaware that Lena and Toa are about to be caught by members of the cartel.

While Palomino leaves the country with his son, Ricardo, Lena and Toa are finally rescued by Fine, the DEA agent.
