1. Cornwall
Kate is in Cornwall to meet seaweed entrepreneurs, duck farmers, flower growers taking the wedding market by storm and a foraging craft brewer as the series showcasing rural businesses returns.
2. Yorkshire
Kate meets Mangalitza pig farmers Lisa and Tim, an ex-submariner who now catches lobsters, a sustainable game-keeper and a glass blowing business taking its inspiration from the countryside.
3. Shropshire & Herefordshire
Kate meets a couple who have taken the bold decision to market goat meat. She also meets award-winning winemakers and a botanist making organic skincare products.
4. Cornwall
We return to Cornwall where a Gouda cheese recipe could save a dairy farm. Kate visits an alpaca farm with a difference, a gin producer and a unique seafood cafe in Port Isaac.
5. Yorkshire
Kate returns to Yorkshire and visits the UK's first ethical caviar farm, a hemp farm, a rare-breed pig farm, an honest sausage company and a lady who crafts Whitby jet into jewellery.
6. Cornwall
Kate returns to Cornwall where she meets a cider maker, a couple who grow herbs and flowers to make essential oils for the perfume trade, visits an artisan charcuterie and meets a surfboard maker.
7. Shropshire, Worcestershire & Gloucestershire
Kate travels to the Midlands to meet a couple who are producing salt in the famous spa town of Droitwich, visits a worm farm, a chilli farmer and a tanner whose handcrafted leather products are sold worldwide.
8. Hampshire, Wiltshire & Isle of Wight
Kate is in south-east England where she meets a wasabi grower, a truffle farmer a husband-and-wife team who provide veg boxes all year round and a woman making goat's milk soap.
9. Yorkshire
In Yorkshire, Kate meets Britain's only producer of skyr, visits the UK's first 100% gluten free bakery in Leeds, a producer of herb-fed poultry and a former accountant turned blacksmith.
10. Hampshire & Wiltshire
In Hampshire, Kate meets two women who have teamed up to produce the best woollen yarn in the UK, an exotic mushroom grower, a former city trader now raising trout and carpenter in the New Forest.
11. The Three Counties
In the heart of England Kate meets a couple making sustainable garden fencing and gates, joins a posh snack food entrepreneur, meet the inventor of the famed Stinking Bishop cheese and shepherdess turned designer.
12. South Devon/Pembrokeshire/The Lake District
The show catches up with some of those who featured in the first series. A seaweed entrepreneur and a Wagyu beef farmer in Wales, a bag producer in the Lake District and a cider producer in Devon.
